Our approach
We have a team approach to treating substance use disorders. We use individualized evidence based approaches and are always trauma informed. We have counselors on our team trained in EMDR to address trauma effectively and can support clients with mental health, substance abuse, and co-occurring issues.

Mental Health Therapy
Services include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy.

Substance Use Treatment
We offer outpatient and intensive outpatient (ASAM Level 0.5, Level 1 and Level 2.1) treatment for substance use and co-occurring disorders. This can include both group and individual therapy.

Addiction Severity Index (ASI's)
We are state certified to provide Addiction Severity Assessments to help determine level of care needs and meet legal requirements.
