Jessica Williams, MS, LPC
Owner & Executive Director
Open Space Counseling Services offers individual and group counseling to the Cody, Powell, and Basin, Wyoming areas, and specializes in treatment of substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health.
Jessica is certified as an Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning through the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship and is trained in EMDR. Jessica also completed a specialized concentration in her master's program focused on adventure-based psychotherapy and is working to bring more nature-based interventions to the clients at Open Space Counseling.
Jessica has worked with clients from various backgrounds and has spent a great deal of time working with those in recovery from substance use addictions. Jessica also works with adolescents and enjoys helping clients find healing and support through their struggles.

Tiana Ellison, MS, LPC
Therapist | Basin, WY
Tiana hails from Tempe, Arizona where she earned her Bachelors Degree in Family Studies/ Child Development from Arizona State University. She received her Masters Degree from the University of Phoenix in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She treats mental health and substance abuse clients of all ages and provides treatment both in an individual and/or group setting. Tiana enjoys using dialectical behavior therapy in her clinical practice. In her free time she loves spending time with her family, reading, or heading outdoors.

Case Manager & Peer Support Specialist
Born and raised in Cody Wyoming.
I am person in long-term recovery and Certified Peer Specialist with Mastery and Forensic endorsements. Received my training and certification through Wyoming Department of Health/Recover Wyoming. I am passionate about providing hope and helping others find their path through recovery.

Tobi Lanchbury, BS, CAP
Therapist & Relapse Prevention Specialist Cody, WY
Tobi Lanchbury is a Cody native, has worked in Park County for various treatment facilities and counseling services for the past 20 years. She is a Certified Addictions Practitioner, CAP, with a Bachelor of Science in Human Services, and an emphasis on Mental Health and Rehabilitative Services. She began her career serving 4 years in the Armed Services as a Behavioral Science Specialist. Tobi has a unique approach having been raised on a Wyoming ranch and has seen the benefits of using animal assisted therapy in recovery.

Hi, my name is Amber Shier and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I completed my Masters of Social Work at Walden University. I have worked with individuals in an inpatient and outpatient setting. My areas of specialization include substance use and dependency, severe and persistent mental illness, mood disorders and personality disorders. My therapeutic approach stems from the foundations of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotional Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and certified under PESI in Internal Family Systems. It is important that you have a space that is safe and supportive while in therapy.
